What areas do you deliver to?
Our meal delivery services cover Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
When will I receive my order?
You receive your order on the Tuesday of the following week.
How long is the menu available before it changes?
The menu is updated every Thursday at 10:00 p.m., so you have until 9:00 p.m. to place your order for the following Tuesday delivery.
How long do the meals stay fresh?
Our meals can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week or frozen for up to three months. You will always find the use-by date on your dish.
Do you offer vegan meal options?
Yes, our menu offers a variety of vegetarian meals and vegan options, including meat and fish dishes.
How can I track my order?
Once our DHL courier has picked up your order,
you will receive an SMS with a delivery time slot and tracking information.
How can I modify my order?
Once an order has been placed, it is not possible to modify or cancel it. Our service is designed to avoid food waste.
How do I place an order?
Step 1 :
- Browse our menu.
- Select the dishes you want.
- Place your order by Thursday 9 p.m. for delivery the following Tuesday.
Step 2 :
- Add them to your cart.
- Validate your order by entering your address and payment.
- Proceed to checkout
Step 3 :
- Receive your food at your doorstep on Tuesday.
What is the packaging like?
Our meals are delivered in insulated, 100% recyclable boxes that keep your food fresh for at least 48 hours during transit.
Can I schedule recurring deliveries or subscriptions?
Yes, The Lunch Club offers a subscription system with a choice of recurrence. You will receive an email each time you need to choose your dishes for the coming week.
Can I order without subscribing?
Yes, you can order meals as a one-time purchase or subscribe for a discounted price.
How do I contact customer service with questions or concerns?
Fill out the contact form on the "contact" page and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
Do you offer any discounts or special promotions?
Yes, by subscribing to the newsletter you can benefit from a 10% discount on your order. Depending on the number of meals selected, you benefit from increasing discounts.
How do I reheat the meals once they are delivered?
You can reheat your dishes in three different ways.
1. Microwave in 3 minutes
2. Oven in 10 minutes (put in a suitable container.)
3. Pan 7 minutes
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can easily pause or cancel your subscription at any time.
