The Lunch Club is founded on the idea that eating well should be easy and accessible to everyone. Our founders, Georgia and Gianmarco, have extensive experience in the restaurant industry and have often had to forgo delicious and balanced meals due to their busy schedules. They decided to combine their expertise to create a solution for anyone who lacks time, energy or inspiration after a long day.


Our Founders

Gianmarco
With over 10 years of experience in the demanding world of fine dining, he has honed his skills under the guidance of renowned chefs. He has worked at L'Olivo in Capri, a 2 Michelin star restaurant, where he perfected his technique under the supervision of Andrea Migliaccio (Executive Chef of the Burj Al Arab). He has also worked at Il Riccio, a 1 Michelin star restaurant under the same management.
Always striving for excellence, Gianmarco had the opportunity to work for one of the great masters of contemporary French cuisine, Thierry Marx, at the 2 Michelin starred Sur Mesure restaurant at the Mandarin Oriental in Paris. These experiences gave him an exceptional expertise, which is now reflected in every dish he creates for The Lunch Club. His rigorous and creative approach ensures refined, balanced meals that always have a personal touch.

Georgia
Founder of The Lunch Club, Georgia grew up around the hospitality industry, developing a passion for quality service at an early age. She honed her skills working in the restaurant industry in London and Croatia, where she gained expertise in operational management and customer service in a dynamic and demanding environment. She then moved to a position as Logistics Manager for a large food company in Switzerland, which allowed her to master the complex workings of the supply chain and optimize process efficiency.
Her vision is to transform every delivery into a unique customer experience. With her keen eye for detail and passion for excellence, she ensures that every aspect of our service exceeds our customers' expectations.

ECOLOGICAL PACKAGING

Our packaging, 90% recyclable, illustrates our commitment to sustainability and our desire to minimize our ecological footprint. We have chosen trays with detachable plastic film to fully recycle the cardboard at the end of the meal. Furthermore, we collaborate with companies that share our values and are also invested in sustainability.

FLEXIBILITY

Thanks to our innovative vacuum packaging technology, we are making great strides towards reducing food waste. By eliminating 99.9% of oxygen in our packaging, we extend the shelf life of our dishes up to one week without compromising their freshness or quality, and up to three months in the freezer, without adding any additives or preservatives. This means less food wasted, less money spent on unused products, and most importantly, a significant contribution to the preservation of the environment.
